legend for sketches repeats classification

When I turn on a sketch, the classifications for the sketch type are repeated twice in the legend. See https://www.seasketch.org/california/app/forums/39/605#post-1993

This is because the style is based on both proposed_designation and type. The legend renderer sees two different props and thus expects it needs to make the symbology for the fill vs line distinct.
Is there any reason the symbology is based on two different props?

To close the loop on this, I updated so it's showing the proposed designation for both. Now it's showing intuitively in the legend. I think this issue can be closed.
