I installed no userscripts. the page that installs userscripts isn't working...

other extensions didn't matter.

context:
today, violentmonkey stopped working on Brave (manifest change or something), so i uninstalled it and installed scriptscat. since scriptscat is broken I uninstalled it and installed tampermonkey. tampermonkey is working. i don't know why scriptscat is broken, the console error above should hopefully tell you.
