Add data download UI button to installation tab (and add quick tutorial button)

Description

We're currently in the midst of implementing the data download UI for Scribe-iOS. This issue would add in the button to the installation screen that would lead the user to the tab - in both light and dark mode.

As a second part of this issue, let's add the Quick tutorial button to the installation UI, and we can then comment it out for the next release (as will be done for Scribe-Android).
