Improve display of liquid glass tab bar

Description

Something that we're noticing is that the tab bar is now behaving differently on later versions of iOS in the emulator because of the addition of liquid glass. The goal of this issue is that the tab bar that we have will function full with liquid glass for those operating systems that have it. What this means is:

• We want the tab bar with liquid glass to not span the width of the app menu
• We want to have the liquid glass transparent background to be displayed to the user in this case
