Audit of Scribe-Data files and removing functionality that's not needed

Issue

Scribe-Data has gone through a few iterations of functionality. Once we're finished with #617 and ready to release the next release, it would be good if we go through the package and remove functionality that's not within the long term feature set. Specifically the functionality to move SQLite DBs to Scribe applications will not be needed as this will be handled by Scribe-Server. Maybe there are other things that need to be looked into.

It would be good if we audit that application to see if there's anything else that we won't be needing and then remove it and any corresponding tests for the functionality.

Assigning both of us here, @axif0 :) Can you think of anything else that's in Scribe-Data now that we can remove? There's the Wiktionary functionality that you made, which might be something that we potentially use if Wikidata doesn't have translation coverage anytime soon. Maybe that can stay and we can look to see what else is needed to get that finalized? Anything else that you've seen that you're wondering if we need anymore?

Would be good if for the next release we really get the code here down to being as lean as possible 😊
