Cherry Picking Pipelines

Would it be useful to add pipeline composer to cherry-pick a custom single-use pipeline from existing registered steps?

Possible interface:

public interface IPipelineComposer<TContext>
{
    IPipelineComposer WithStep<IPipelineStep<TContext>();

    Task ExecuteAsync();
}

This interface could be injected into a service, and used to build a custom pipeline - as long as all of the steps have already been registered to the DI container.
