Complete test case with other users

Currently, some parameters required for QC are missing (e.g., masks or reference images). Adding these visualizations would facilitate the assessment of data validity. Moreover, the b0 threshold used by eddy_cpu is not compatible with high-resolution mouse data, where b0 images can have relatively high b-values. Therefore, appropriate (ideal) b-values must be specified to correctly apply this processing step.

• Make fODF process optional
• Add a reference image for preQC
• Make the tracking type configurable
• Add mask visualization to the QC report
• Add an introductory sentence for first-time users
• Write ideal b values
