[KULT] Provide a standalone version #79

Similar to the S4F version that is hosted on scientists4future.org there shall be a standalone version for the KULT stack as well.
Describe the solution you'd like
Implement a configuration for KULT that can be used when running and building the app.
There are two main deployment options: manual and automatic.
Option A) provide a Github action that bundles the standalone version for KULT as a zip file so that it can be deployed to any server manually (similar to S4F version)
Option B) provide a Github action that deploys the KULT version to Firebase (similar to the vanilla version of the game)

Two options are described above.
