Upgrade Angular to v18

Upgrade Angular version-by-version. Always check if the frontend still builds and is displayed correctly. Follow these tutorials

Currently the Angular version cannot be upgrade to v16 because angular2-swing (which is no longer actively maintained) conflicts with Angular Ivy
