Docbook, linkends, and two-pass-processing

I've run into this "No ID for constraint linkend" issue when linking from one document to an anchor inside another using <<...>> anchor links.

Is the profiling/profile.xsl referred to in that "Two-pass Processing" link this file? https://github.com/schacon/git-scribe/blob/master/docbook-xsl/xhtml/profile-chunk.xsl used by https://github.com/schacon/git-scribe/blob/6641024ce3f/lib/git-scribe/generate.rb#L111-112 ?
