Problems with js on theme joli HTML

Hello
I'm using the joli (html) theme with backend codeigniter. Here are some changes to the 'settings.js' file, notice the file change and then give an update to the page, nothing happens. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong or fail to do?

All css and js paths are correct I do not understand !!

The problem occurs just when you select one of the types of themes that exist, one page is not the same one that matches.

I am changing lines 7 to 11 the paths cadas of the .css file, when I do the update happens what I said afima.
