Support for select rank

I'm sorry to nag, but it would be really helpful to know if there are likely to be any plans to add this support. I realise that it's a 2018-standard feature, but by now it's been in the compilers a while, and does have a use that typically avoids more verbose expression. As things stand, the plugin has to be disabled for any editing of a file that contains the select rank construction, as otherwise the formatting is completely messed up, and newline often results in spurious end statements being generated. If no plans, that's fine, and I will go ahead now and in my code abstract the difficulty-causing subroutine into a separate source file.
