Production website throws a 404 on the "example post" link on the github.html page. Reviewing github.md on github looks great since the "examples/2013-01-31-example-post.md" does exist locally on the github site. Once Jekyll is through with it, however, the link needs to be adjusted in either of two ways. If the /examples folderset is pushed to the production website then the link probably needs to reflect that the page now has an html extension and is local to the production site. If the /examples folderset isn't pushed to the production site then a full URL back to github should be in order here.
