I find the tool amazing to use and very easy, thank you for that!
I find myself quite often knowing the pedigree information and I think that would be a great tool to have in bcftools call - beyond the -C trio: for instance, if I have the two parents and 100 offspring, it would (1) enhance the quality of the parents' calling and (2) and a bit of the offspring (modulo information DNM).
I was also imagining updating the quality of the call as an artificially inflated DP?
