[BUG] Forced styles always on blacklist mode

Describe the bug

Turning on whitelist mode for forced styles does not appear to do anything and automatically switches back upon closing config window. This behavior applies even if Forced Styling is turned on.

Steps to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Navigate to Forced Styling > Forced Blacklist Mode
2. Turn the setting on
3. Close/exit the config window/sub-window and navigate back to said setting

Expected behavior

Turning on whitelist mode for forced styles should skip forced styling if the website is not in the whitelist.

Actual behavior

The setting switches back to blacklist mode upon closing config window.
