[FEATURE] Add option to change text color

Describe the feature request

Add a option that would allow user to change text color.

Feature Description

• Currently when with some wallpaper with bright colors the text becomes unreadable to counter this allow user to change text color globally for site.
• The fork extension Transparent Zen provides this feature but the extension itself is not stable and doesn't apply the transparent effect as well as this.

Use Case

Wallpapers with bright colors make the text unreadable on sites, Allowing user to explicitly setting text color to a color that would be more readable with the wallpaper would be nice :3.

Additional context

Currently using both extensions together allows this feature but it being nicely implemented in a more stable extension would be good.

The issue is that this will break pretty much any kind of text contrast like light and dark text so instead I prefer using darkreader for that. Which also flips any background color to ensure contrast. But I guess a good idea. Unfortunately this repo is pretty much completely different from the source of the fork ... Otherwise it would have been very easy to integrate.

how about something like text shadow or some other effect around all the text?
