[Feature]: sound mode tile to open media output switcher #308

Problem Statement
Previously there is used to be a project something like media output switcher which let us have tile in quick settings which when click will open the output switcher the thing is stock Android never had option to increase or decrease media volume in the quick settings where other Android oem have, so I used to use this as a work around as this media outputs, which are also has a volume slider. Currently that project seems to be no longer working after Android 16 qpr3 and I am using the sound mode tile quick settings from essentials app that when we hold the tile brings up a volume adjusting screen. The problem is that screen does not keep the audio playing like when in Instagram if I want to lower the volume and I hold the tile the audio process. So how much I have reduced I won't know. Can we have this sound mode? Tile or even a new tile in quick setting to open that media outputs switcher because we are already having so many features in one app, it seems good to add that too.
