[Feature] Syncing Mac's focus mod with androids do not distrub

It's been a thing in my head for a while! Would be awesome.... there are some ongoing implementations and contributions for features but not for this so far .... But it might take a while for me to review as I'm a bit busy these days with studies, exams and work. Good luck tho!

I couldnt find a way to read focus status without using full disk accses or using "Communications Notifications" accses that requiers paid developer acount (if ı understand it correctly). But ı am not experinenced on macos or in swift by any ways so there could be a other way.

Also ı manged to sync the do not disturb status from android to mac ,but it also uses a crapy way that require a custom shortcut to be created in order to eneable and disable focus mode.

I found the INFocusStatusCenter class, ı made gemini/copilot wrote a quick testing code but aparently it needs "Communication Notifications capability".
