How to use images with the starter kit

Hi, im trying to use images with the boilerplate.I am a noob with webpack and more used to meteor.
In the webpack folder, i modified the config file and added another loader for the png file but i cant get it working right....requiring images just dont work..

How do you use images with this boilerplate?
