Hello,
( I feel a bit stupid)
I am struggling to setup domoticsz with your Solax plug in.
I came on this github entry and wonder what it is.
Can I use this to install it? If so how?
I have a raspberry pi 4 4gb with bookworm running. What next?

I downloaded all the files and stored them in /opt , unpacked them and than I ran "docker compose up".
A lot happened but not successfull. The following errors came up 3 times:
! domoticz Warning pull access denied for tone/domot... 1.3s [+] Running 0/1

Should I forget it all? Or is there a way to make it work.

I am sorry for long delay in my response unfortunately it is not only task which I am working on.

Fist of all I have to say that docker is not necessary to have the whole setup up and running. There are at least two way how to do it.

1. Install Domoticz with all required libraries and other software directly on your system. It works. It is little bit easier then the second solution but it is not modular. Finally it can be much more complicated in the future from troubleshooting point of view etc.
2. Install Docker with docker compose plugin on the system and then build the solution as micro-service chain on it. It is definitely complicated at the beginning but the solution is modular and every service is independent from each other in libraries and system requirement point of view. Swapping of the service and troubleshooting is much more easier from my point of view.

Well OK. If you are ready to continue with Docker you need to install Docker first on your RasbianOS. There are plenty of tutorials how to do it. The second step is installation of Docker compose plugin.
Then you can use git to download the repository cd to appropriate folder and then use command docker compose build which will create all requested images required for the services. After that docker compose up -d will start all the services.

Hello Martin, Finally I made a new install of the sd card, os and domoticz. If have the plugin working and getting data from the solarpannels and battery. Great! But now I want to charge and discharge the battery directly or at a certain time. Is there a way to do that? PS I am not understanding all the meanings/functions that are implemented.
