How to get the certificate signature time of the pe file???

Some pe files cannot get data by this method

pe.Certificates.Content.Signers[0].UnauthenticatedAttributes[0]
OidAttributeCounterSign ---> asn1.Unmarshal pkcs7.SignerInfo ---> OidAttributeSigningTime
