pertpy is the scverse module for perturbation data. perturbation data in partiuclar is suited for some methods here, so we could already show a link to that. I think if we show how to run from scverse /pertpy something in network commons would make it much more interesting. see email w pablo

This is a good idea, though to do it properly, (of even in a quick and dirty way), we still need substantial development. In the Discussion we can add a couple of sentences about future plans, and mention scverse & pertpy there.

I think this should be the focus of NetComm next. OK to post prerpint without, but what about waiting for that before submitting to journal? as a minimum, during revision

you mean as a vignette? i think it's realistic but it will require some additional features in NC as denes mentioned.
