Show different labels in dropbox than in field

This is a feature request:
When clicking on the field, and dropbox comes down, I want to show in dropbox for instance

Poland (+48)
Germany (+49)

Then when I select Poland, in the field it should just say "+48". So the labels in dropbox, would be different then in the shown field.
