Update locked cargo dependencies

Our production servers are currently showing what looks like a memory leak, that started after merging a20c3ea. This PR updates the locked dependencies again, in the hope that it fixes the leak through an upstream fix. If this does not work we might have to consider reverting this PR and a20c3ea. Unfortunately we have not yet been able to pinpoint the problematic dependency.
