Hoarder has rebranded to Karakeep

Description

I couldn't find guidance in the docs on the recommended approach for upstream rebrands. Is keeping the original app ID
(hoarder) and updating the image the correct pattern for backwards compatibility — or is the preferred approach to create a new karakeep entry and mark hoarder as deprecated/unavailable? I'm happy to create a PR for this if needed!
