Hi, it's Farid from the COBRA Toolbox. I am trying to run some of the COBRA Toolbox functions using RunMat. The COBRA Toolbox uses a mathematical representations of a living cell in the format of a MATLAB structure data. Therefore, usually in the beginning of every code a MATLAB structure is either being loaded from the storage or inputted from the memory. I wonder how can this be done in RunMat to write a code that loads a MATLAB structure and then work with it.
