feat: Add integration with Notificationshelper

Integrate NotificationsHelper with ProjectHelper:

• Index notifications by URL
• If notification is loaded we can Get-NotificationForUrl to get the notifications information; Yet to decide were or when. Just in Show command or also on Get; Maybe add a WithNotifications switch to Get-ProjectItemsList
