[ProjectHelper] feat: Add Subissues and Parent shpi #218
Description
Allow ton view and control Parent and SubIssues of a given PI.
We already have command to Invoke-AddSubIssue , Add-ProjectSubissueCreate , Add-ProjectSubissueDirect
We need
- Add Parent and Subissues information to Get-ProjectItem / Get-Project (Items)
- Set-ProjectItemParent -URL and/or -ItemId
- Open-ProjectItemParent
- Get-ProjetItemSubissues
