Opened draft PR #2184 to fix this: #2184

Root cause: RTK was always injecting Unix tree flags, especially -I , before spawning native \ ree. On Windows that resolves to \ ree.com, which only accepts slash flags like /F\ and /A, so it reported \Too many parameters.

The PR keeps the existing Unix ignore behavior, but on Windows it strips Unix-only tree options, uses /F /A, and filters the Windows banner lines from output. I reproduced the failure locally on Windows and verified the patched debug binary returns a real tree.
