svg optimization

I ran svgo over the generated svg and found a reduction of nearly half the size. Probably outside the scope of this library, but maybe nice for the docs if you're aware of a pattern to integrate this into a vite app to have it either optimize the react element's output or the html of an SSG app in a second pass, as the qr code tends to dominate the payload for small pages.
