Notification clearance is not synced to server

When a temporary notification occurs on the android phone, and disappears, i would like for it to disappear from the server as well.

In addition, it might be useful to have a delay before actually transmitting the notification to the server, as this would reduce notification noise spam on the server.

This feature is semi-critical for me, as notification fatigue is on-par with not having notifications synced at all (I end up ignoring or not seeing notifications). I assume this repo is stale/abandoned so I may fork the project in the future to patch this issue.
