[Bug] Missing game page does not update after deletion

Describe the bug
When removing missing game files, the "missing Games" Section of the Library management page does not automatically update, instead changing to "No missing ROMS found." even with hundreds remaining. The page also redraws itself each time you scroll down past the previously loaded section (IE 72, page reload, 144, page reload, 216, etc)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the Scan Page
2. Click on Manage Library
3. Select Missing Games
4. Select the full page (less than full page still shows any unchecked items and give the option to load more after deletion)
5. select the number on the bottom right and hit delete.
6. hit confirm
7. "No missing Roms" appears even with hundreds left.
8. Remains like this until the page is refreshed.

Expected behavior
List pulls a new batch of missing games.
