[Feature] Disable removal of games

My bad for not checking this first but I just realized that games are removed silently from my library when removed in RomM so all my achievements and progress is gone :(
Can we please get a checkbox in settings to turn this off so we can keep games in Playnite even if removed in RomM?

it's a good idea but i don't have the time right now to focus on the plugin (hoping to find a C# dev who's willing to work on it 🤞🏼 )
