Scroll both movie details and zoomrowlist vertically

Hello Friends

I have 2 part on screen, first one is movie details and another is zoomrowlist. now i want to vertically scroll both section together. If i scroll vertically using key down than movie section goes up and zoomrowlist gets display and when user press Up key it scroll to movie details section part. Please help me.
