Improve Dark Mode for Courses

Problem: In the current implementation of dark mode, the courses are not displaying correctly. They should be in black color, but this is not the case.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable dark mode.
2. Navigate to the courses section.

Expected Behavior

• Courses should be displayed in black color to ensure readability and consistency with the dark mode theme.

Actual Behavior

• Courses are not displayed in black color, causing readability issues.
