feat: auto-inject slash commands for custom agent support (skills) in Claude Code

Add support for automatically injecting slash commands (e.g., skills) into Claude Code sessions managed by Gigacode.

This would allow custom agent capabilities to be exposed as slash commands within Claude Code, enabling users to extend functionality through skills without manual configuration.
