The operator should watch object types created by plugins as well as the builtin ones #1227
Description
Currently it is hardcoded that we watch Deployment, Service, Ingress, HorizontalPodAutoscaler, Cronjob, ConfigMap and Secrets.
If a plugin constructs an object of a new type then the controller don't watch those and changing them don't trigger a reconcile.
