DESCRIPTION:
This release of prolog picks up four minor SR's fixed
in the latter half of 1998.

60067219 Add a public termination function for the
slee listener. (CAF)
60068459 The check for cyclic structures was incorrectly
coded in the HSC. (BEX)
60042976 The types used in the call to finite/1 were
incorrect on AIX. (BNRProlog)
60079353 Two branches to .pow in the HSC were not followed
by a "nop" - causing a linker warning in ICCS.
