env variables needs to be set before the proton library is loaded #53
Description
Option to enable library logging (log-lib) recently stopped to work. The issue is that now env variables needs to be set before the proton library is loaded. There is no additional check for it later, which is new behavior. This was working before. Please investigate and provide fix.
