Add member list to room page

Musings:

Could have buttons on top of the chat where a button opens a member dialog, or, we could have tabs? I'm not thinking about tabs because of voice/video control buttons in the future, though

We could have tabs in the interim, or make the members button an overlayed button in the top right until voice/video chat are done, or, put a chat header on the left and a member button in the top right, that seems right, or maybe a wide members button

Design ideas:

1. A chat header at the top of chat with a members button at the top right, maybe with a count badge
2. Same as 1, but a member header with the count instead
3. Have a wide button for members, which could be populated with future stuff like voice/video
4. Tabs with chat/members, kind of don't like it though, dialog is what I want
