Adding a `js` config file to main `json` config #867

I'm trying to include environment variables as explained in the README. As explained in #833, we can't pass environmental variables to a json file. Can I pass a js file containing a hostrule to my main json config?

My current config looks something like this:

I can pass json via the extends list, but I can't get it to work with a js file containing a hostrule, e.g.
