The extension is down/removed from the marketplace

When I enter:
https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=renderTom.adobe-script-runner

It returns:

404 - Page not found

And the profile renderTom:
https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/publishers/renderTom
Shows:

Publisher has not uploaded any public extension yet!

Seems to be down at least since Jan 2025 according to reddit.

Should I suppose that we should just use Adobe's official extension "extendscript-debug":
https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=Adobe.extendscript-debug

Would be nice if someone could note down the unique features this extension had that are not covered by the official extension, and if there are other alternatives.

And a note in the Readme with an explanation of what is the current situation with this extension
