Web API not working

@ronaldtse the API wasn't finished. There were problems with some gems that save files locally but Lambda doesn't allow it.
Since then some relaton-gem started using GH repos as datasource. So we need to update relaton version in this project. We also need to implement S3 adapter for relaton-index as we have gems that need to store index file somewhere.
I can fix it after relaton-data-iso and relaton-data-3gpp

Is this also the reason for the current error that it returns:

Lambda doesn't allow it.

So is this caused by #52 ?

Hi @VladimirAlexiev the API isn't ready to use.
@ronaldtse maybe we should hold showing the page until the service is ready, shouldn't we?
