Having problems with Save Panel

Installed but it comes up blank. Options are not visible, but through the source I can change options, but does not let me save them.

Running Photoshop CC 2014

How did you install? Can you check the CEP/extensions/Save Panel directory that you got the files installed there?

I installed it using the extension manager. I am not seeing that directory anywhere in The Photoshop Application Folder. Running Mac OSX 10.10

I managed to get the Option button on, but it won't let me save any presets.
