Our current setup won't work for Gov Cloud because we are hardcoding the :aws: partition in some resources (though there certainly could be other blockers as well).
We should investigate and implement whatever changes are necessary for Reflex to support deployments to Gov Cloud in addition to the regular AWS public cloud.
