Since this, and my other pull-request has been open for a while I guess the project has been abandoned?

That is too bad, because i still like the project very much. To help others (and myself) to simplify find and use this project in the future, i have taken the liberty to publish your project to NPM (under a different name, since backbone-schema was not available) It can be found here:

https://www.npmjs.com/package/backbone-json-schema

If you'd like, i would be more than happy to transfer ownership to you. :-) Please let me know.

I too am disappointed it seems abandoned as I like the implementation and would like a draft 4 update. I'm considering updating myself and branching this project.
