Set repository user name/email/signing key

I meant to comment this on that pr about adding in built in pushing/pulling to/from remotes, but promptly forgot

It'd be neat if we were able to configure the user.name, user.email, and user.signingkey from the ui so commits pushed to the remote aren't always by www-data, and unverified

I haven't actually tried it yet but I'm sure you could configure this directly via going into the repository directory and executing commands, but that isn't ideal

Hey @DonovanDMC, thanks for bringen this to our attention.

You can configure the git settings in the repository that An Otter Wiki is using, when running the full image, docker exec into the container and run

cd /app-data/repository
su www-data -s /bin/sh -c 'git config user.name "Demo User"'
su www-data -s /bin/sh -c 'git config user.email "mail@example.com"'
...

When running the -slim image, skip the su since you are already the www-data user:

cd /app-data/repository
git config user.name "Demo User"
git config user.email "mail@example.com"
...

Or if you have the app-data locally mounted, just edit the app-data/repository/.git/config and update

        name = Demo User
        email = mail@example.com

Yes, setting those worked
I also got gpg signing working via some tomfuckery with a Dockerfile, and setting user.signingkey to the expected value and enabling commit.gpgsign

Could probably be cleaned up a bit, but it's worth noting that signing commits makes github only show the user that has the key registered to their account on the commit, and signing as a whole is niche enough to not even be worth mentioning

I was thinking about the user name+email configuration too.

What do you think about an option to set them in env. vars/settings panel, then simply run the git config ... in the entrypoint script? (maybe it will work with the gpg key too)
