Limit page index depth

Hi,

In settings we can set maximal depth of pages and directories listed in sidebar. Would it be possible to implement it in Page index as well ?
I would like to have pages and subfolder from 1st sub-level only.

I aim to meld otterwiki interface a bit (with css), but nested pages breaks the grid I try to obtain.

Unfortunately, I have not been able to hide these sub-pages/folders with pure CSS.

Hey @molivier-io, thanks for opening up this issue.

An easy to implement and proper designable way to solve this would be to add classes with the respective level to the page index items.

For example

would get added pageindex-depth-{level} and pageindex-heading-{level} so that the html looks like

Well, following this ticket I found out an another workaround: I hide .pageindex-pageblock when they are indented. It works well:

.pageindex-pageblock:not([style="padding-left:0.0rem;"]) {
    display: none;
}

Now I'm looking to hide the links with the trailing slash behind, as they are duplicates.

I think my request is very specific. Not sure it matters for most users. Maybe you shouldn't waste your time on a development.
