Add test for debuginfo

I think this was driven by potential issues where RPM-generated buildinfo was usable with gdb but not lldb.

We should have 2 tests:

• Verify we produce native debuginfo for everything
• Verify that the native debuginfo is usable from lldb

We have some tests for managed symbols in https://github.com/redhat-developer/dotnet-regular-tests/blob/main/distribution-packages/test-standard-packages but not for unmanaged symbols.
