It seems that you have lost your thunder in allowing people to contribute to this repo. I propose that you distribute the responsibility and allow others who are active on /r/sysadmin help you manage the repo. Otherwise there is no point in even having this repo.

You could just have a note up to message you on Reddit to request access. This would allow you to vet the person's account first.
